专利说明:
The invention relates to the field of motor vehicles and more particularly vehicles comprising a plastic tailgate. The plastic tailgate closing the rear opening of the vehicle generally consists of a structural panel forming an interior lining and an exterior trim panel. The structural panel comprises an upper part connected by hinges to a segment of the vehicle roof, a lower part containing technical elements such as the opening control or the license plate lighting device and has an opening for accommodate a rear window. The upper part and the lower part are connected by two uprights. The rear window is bonded over its entire periphery on a bonding track arranged on the uprights and on the lower and upper parts. [003] Preferably, the structural panel of the tailgate (i.e. the lining) is produced by molding a thermosetting or thermoplastic material. The profile of the amounts must satisfy a multitude of specific and sometimes contradictory constraints. In fact, in addition to the structural rigidity required to resist without being deformed to the constraints linked to the opening and closing operations, the width of the uprights conditions the rear field of vision as well as the width of the rear opening giving access to the storage volume. In addition, the uprights must accommodate on the side of the body spans intended to be brought into contact with a seal mounted on the fixed part of the vehicle, as well as on the rear exterior face a bonding track intended to receive the glass. back. Finally, the uprights participate in the general appearance of the vehicle and are visible to passengers from the interior or from outside the passenger compartment through the rear window. For this purpose, a generally dark screen printing deposit whose width is detrimental to the aesthetics of the vehicle is practiced on the periphery of the rear window to mask the technical part of the amount which would otherwise be visible through the rear window from outside of the vehicle. In addition to all these constraints, there are the specific constraints to the molding process used to make the tailgate. The molded plastic tailgates therefore usually have open shapes without undercuts allowing easy demolding without requiring the use of drawers which are more complex to implement. Also, many publications describing the cross section of the uprights illuminate the paths taken by vehicle designers to meet all or part of the requirements mentioned above. The publication FR 3 041 571 describes a U-shaped upright comprising on the internal wall of the U a trim curved towards the lateral sides of the vehicle to close the opening of the profile and to widen the field of retrovision. Publication EP 3 241 700 describes a tailgate post, the cross section of which is also U-shaped, facing the rear of the vehicle. The base of the U forms the bearing surface of the seal and has a protrusion facing the front of the vehicle to hide the view of the seal from inside the passenger compartment. The external lateral wall of the U extends towards the external lateral side of the vehicle to form a bonding track for the rear window and continues by adopting an aerodynamic shape extending protruding towards the rear of the vehicle. This arrangement does not increase the field of view. Publication JP2001-328429 proposes a tailgate in injected thermoplastic comprising uprights whose cross section is U-shaped open towards the rear of the vehicle and comprising an interior wall to increase the rigidity of the upright. The object of the invention is to provide a tailgate structural panel preferably produced by molding a thermoplastic or thermosetting material and making it possible to provide an original solution to all of the requirements mentioned in the preceding paragraphs. The vehicle tailgate structural panel according to the invention is mounted movable in rotation by means of one or more hinges on a roof segment forming part of the body of said vehicle. This tailgate structural panel comprises at least one lateral upright to which a rear window is attached, the upright constituting a cross-sectional profile open towards the rear in the general shape of U forming a concavity open towards the rear comprising a first wall and a second wall, joining at a base. The tailgate structural panel is characterized in that, a straight line belonging to any sectional plane defining a cross section of said upright and tangent at any point to the first wall makes a first angle, oriented towards the external transverse part of the vehicle , with a median straight line defined by the section of said sectional plane with the median plane of the vehicle, between a non-zero value and a value less than the value of a second angle, oriented towards the external transverse part of the vehicle, and formed between the median line and a directing line belonging to the sectional plane, and in that a line tangent at any point to the second wall and belonging to said sectional plane makes with the median line a third angle, oriented towards the external transverse part of the vehicle , whose value is between the value of the second angle and 90 °. This particular arrangement allows to increase the field of retrovision, while proposing, as will be seen later, to have the scope of the seal and the bonding track in a constrained and predefined space, while preserving the mechanical rigidity of the tailgate. With an adaptation of the demoulding mechanism, it also makes it possible to manufacture the tailgate structural panel by molding, so that all of the parts of the tailgate structural panel have come in one piece. The directing line of the open cavity is a straight line belonging to the sectional plane of the upright and which is located in the cavity, between the two walls of said upright. It substantially represents the direction of movement of the mold parts intended to form the internal part of the post cavity. Here called the rearview field the portion of exterior space visible laterally through the telescope by the driver. This field is limited by the spacing between the uprights of the tailgate structural panel and therefore forms an angle of view towards the rear of the vehicle, from the driver's eyes or from the central mirror. We can thus characterize this field by the angle formed with the longitudinal direction of the vehicle by a straight line passing through a front mirror and tangent to the upright at a point closest to the median plane of the vehicle. The tailgate structural panel according to the invention may comprise the following characteristics in isolation, or in combination: The directing line and the middle line belonging to any sectional plane of the upright form a second constant angle. The envelope of the directing lines forms a plane. The first angle is greater than a rear view angle formed by the intersection with the sectional plane of a vertical plane passing through a front mirror and tangent at a point to the straight section of the upright closest to the median plane of the vehicle. The second wall includes a first recess oriented in the transverse direction, the front face of which forms a sealing surface intended to be supported with a sealing gasket placed on the vehicle body. One end of the second wall comprises a second recess oriented in the transverse direction towards the outside of the vehicle, the rear face of which forms a bonding track intended to receive the rear window. The second wall has one or more internal ribs substantially parallel to the directing line. An insert is disposed at the rear end of the second wall between an internal rib and the internal wall of the second wall, said insert being configured to support a bonding track intended to receive the rear window. The bonding track of the insert is arranged in the opening between the two walls. The insert is glued or welded. One or more external ribs are arranged on the external face of the second wall. The second wall has an external rib extending the sealing surface. The profiles of the uprights, comprising the internal and external ribs, came integrally with the upper part and the lower part of the tailgate, said structural tailgate panel being produced by molding of a thermosetting or thermoplastic material. The invention will be better understood on reading the appended figures, which are provided by way of examples and have no limiting nature, in which: Figure 1 is a schematic view of a vehicle comprising a tailgate seen from the rear. Figure 2 is a schematic perspective view of the tailgate structural panel itself. Figure 3 is a schematic view in a sectional plane of a straight section along A-A of the right side upright of the tailgate structural panel according to the invention. Figure 4 is a schematic view of a straight section along A-A in a sectional plane of the right side upright of the tailgate structural panel illustrating alternative embodiments of the invention. FIG. 4a is a detailed view of the insert inscribed in the medallion of FIG. 4. The rear part of the vehicle 1 shown in Figure 1 allows you to view the tailgate 2 closing the rear opening. In what follows, we will consider the orthonormal coordinate system XYZ in which the axis X'X represents the longitudinal axis oriented from the rear to the front of the vehicle, the axis ΥΎ represents the transverse axis of the vehicle , the axis Z'Z represents the vertical axis oriented from the bottom to the top. The plane Y0, perpendicular to the axis ΥΎ corresponds to the median plane of the vehicle. The tailgate structural panel 2 comprises an upper part 20 and a lower part 21 connected together by two lateral uprights 3. These uprights are symmetrical with respect to the median plane Y0. The tailgate structural panel 2, also known as a lining, is here assimilated by extension to the tailgate itself. The upper part 20 is connected by hinges 22 to the roof segment 101 forming part of the body 10 of the vehicle 1. A rear window 7 is bonded by its periphery to the uprights 3 and on the upper 20 and lower 21 parts of the tailgate structural panel 2. Actuators 6 fixed by attachment points 61 and 62 disposed respectively on the body and on the upright 3 of the tailgate 2 are intended to relieve the opening and closing efforts of the tailgate 2. FIG. 2 illustrates the tailgate structural panel 2 (i.e. the lining) alone, formed by the upper part 20 and the lower part 21, connected together by the uprights 3. The cross section of the amount is contained in a sectional plane S. In the reference of the amount the middle line aa 'represents the intersection of the median plane Y0 with the sectional plane S and the line bb' represents the direction perpendicular to the plane sectional S. The transverse direction YY 'remains unchanged. As a general rule, and although this condition is not necessary, we will consider the case in which the sectional planes at different points of the upright are parallel to each other. It will be observed here that the straight line bb 'is not necessarily oriented in the general direction of the upright when, for example, the rear window has a trapezoidal shape and the width of the upper part of the window is less than the width of the lower part of this window. By extension, when the upright of the tailgate structural panel 3 is oriented strictly vertically, the direction aa "merges with the longitudinal direction XX" of the vehicle, and the direction bb "merges with the vertical direction ZZ". FIG. 3 illustrates in the sectional plane S a straight cross section along A-A of the right lateral upright 3 of the tailgate structural panel 2 shown in FIG. 2. The amount includes a first wall 31 and a second wall 32, substantially rectilinear, two ends of which meet at a base 34 and the other two ends of which are disjoint and define an opening 33, in the manner of a U inclined towards the external lateral part of the vehicle and open towards the rear of the vehicle. The two walls 31 and 32 together define an interior space 35. We define a directing line DD 'belonging to the sectional plane S and making with the middle line aa' a second angle a2, not zero, oriented laterally outwards. The directing line DD 'passes between the two walls 31 and 32, in the hollow of the U. As an indication, the value of the angle a 2 is in practice less than 60 ° (0 <a 2 <60 °). The first wall 31 forms with the middle line aa 'a first angle ai, not zero, oriented towards the lateral part outside the vehicle, the value of which is strictly less than the value of the second angle a 2 . The value of the first angle ai can be variable along the wall 31. Also, we will consider that the angle ai corresponds to the value of the angle formed with the middle line aa 'by a line belonging to the sectional plane S and tangent at the point considered at the wall 31. The shape of the wall 31 is therefore adapted so that this first angle ai is greater than zero and less than the value of the second angle a 2 . (0 <ai <a 2 ) The inclination of the first wall 31 makes it possible to increase the field of vision. This field of vision is defined here by the straight line RR 'formed by the intersection with the sectional plane S of a vertical plane passing through the front central mirror 8 and tangent at a point P to the interior of the straight section of the upright in the sectional plane S. The point P corresponds substantially to the point of the section of the upright 3 closest internally to the median plane Y0. The straight line RR 'forms with the middle direction aa' an angle of retrovision r. The higher the value of this angle of retrovision r, in other words the more the point P is distant from the median plane Y0, the wider the field of retrovision. The line RR 'defines the limits of the field of rearview. The base 34 of the upright then extends from point P to the second wall 32. We then design the amount so that the value of the first angle ai is at least greater than the value of the angle of retrovision r. As an indication, the value of this first angle ai is e practical greater than or equal to 15 °. The second wall 32 forms with the middle line aa 'a third angle as. The value of this third angle as is then strictly greater than the value of the second angle a 2 and less than or equal to a limit value of 90 ° (a 2 <as <90 °). The value of the third angle as can vary along the wall 32. Also, this value as is given by the value of the angle formed with the direction aa 'by a straight line, belonging to the sectional plane S, tangent to the second wall 32 to the point considered. At the limit value of 90 °, the tangent to the second wall 32 is then parallel to the transverse axis YY '. Note that, in practice, the directing line DD 'represents the direction of movement of the mold drawer intended to form the walls of the interior space 35, consisting substantially of the internal faces of the base 34, of the first wall 31 and the second wall 32. Also, it is arranged so that the straight lines belonging to any sectional planes, are parallel to each other and form with the median line of these planes a second constant angle a2. Similarly, in order to simplify the shape of this drawer, we can arrange for the envelope of the straight lines to be inscribed in a plane. The second wall 32 has a first step 321 oriented in the transverse direction YY '. The seal 102 disposed on a rebate 103 of the vehicle body 10 comes to bear on the front face 3210 of this recess 321, which then acts as a sealing surface. FIG. 3 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the invention in which an internal rib 324 is carried by the second wall 32 in line with the first step 321 to reinforce the structure of the upright 3. For the same reasons of demouldability described above the rib 324 is substantially parallel to the directing line DD ', and arranged so that the two opposite lateral faces of the internal rib 324 have a positive or zero draft angle by compared to the directing line DD '. The second wall 32 also includes at its rear end, a second recess 322 oriented substantially in the transverse direction YY ′ outside of the interior space 35 formed by the first and the second wall, respectively 31 and 32, so that the rear face 3320 of this second recess acts as a bonding track for the rear window 7. A bead of adhesive 5 provides the connection between the upright 3 and the rear window 7. For aesthetic purposes, to hide the interior space 35 of the upright 3, visible through the rear window through the opening 33 by an observer placed at the rear of the vehicle, a screen printing deposit 70 of color generally dark is deposited on the periphery of the rear window 7. It will be observed that this screen printing deposit 70 is reduced to the single width of the opening 33 separating the rear ends of the first wall 31 and of the second wall 32. Figure 4 allows to highlight other alternative embodiments of the invention in order to increase the rear field of vision. A first alternative is to reduce the width of the first recess 321. To increase the width of the sealing surface 3210 and improve the mechanical strength of the upright 3. It may then be advisable to place an external rib 323 in the extension of the offset 321. The realization of this outer rib 323 requires the use of a mold having an additional drawer moving substantially in the transverse direction YY ’. This particular mode of implementation allows the production of one or more external ribs. A second alternative embodiment consists in reducing the width of the second recess 322, and in producing a second internal rib 324 disposed at the rear end of the second wall 32. This second internal rib 324 is arranged so as to form a notch making it possible to introduce an insert 4 between the second wall 32 and the wall of the internal rib 324. The insert 4, better visible in FIG. 4a, comprises a bonding track 40 oriented towards the opening 33 of the space interior formed by the walls 31 and 32 and intended to receive the bead of adhesive 5 making it possible to link the window 7 to the upright 3 of the tailgate structural panel 2. Preferably, the insert 4 is glued or welded to the amount 3. These two alternatives illustrated in FIG. 4 make it possible to reduce the width of the upright 3 and to move the point P transversely from the median plane Y0, so that the value of the angle of retrovision r is significantly increased. This also results in a reduction in the width of the screen printing deposit 70. The tailgate structural panel 2 as described above in each of the alternatives or variant embodiments can be produced by molding, from a thermoplastic or thermosetting material. Under these conditions, the uprights 3, comprising the internal ribs 324 and external 323, came integrally with the upper part 20 and the lower part 21 of the tailgate. NOMENCLATURE Vehicle.
